About the role

Are you an Audit Assistant Manager in one of the Big Four and thinking about building your career in Transaction Services? Queen's Tower Advisory is hiring Executives for its fast-growing transaction advisory services platform.

We are building a different kind of transaction advisory firm - independent, partner-led and built by former Big Four professionals who have created a better model: more senior exposure, more commercial impact and a more agile way of delivering high-quality advice to clients. We provide strategy and financial due diligence advice across the deal lifecycle, without the constraints of audit, financing or M&A conflicts.

What we're looking for

This role is aimed at people who are:

• ACA qualified and currently working in audit - for example, as an Audit Assistant Manager in a Big Four firm
• Interested in moving closer to private equity, M&A and live deal situations
• Looking for more responsibility, sharper commercial exposure and faster progression
• Excited about how AI and technology is reshaping financial advisory
