Mark is Managing Partner and one of the Founding Partners of Queen’s Tower Advisory. He has played a leading role in establishing the firm as one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent transaction advisory businesses, built around a simple philosophy: combining exceptional senior talent with market-leading AI and data analytics to deliver deeper insight, faster execution and better outcomes for private equity and corporate clients.

Mark has been instrumental in shaping Queen’s Tower Advisory’s strategy, culture and technology platform, leading the development of a human-led, AI-powered approach to transaction advisory. He is a senior transaction advisory professional with nearly three decades of experience advising private equity funds, institutional investors and corporates on high-value, strategically complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, buy-side and sell-side mandates, carve-outs, initial public offerings (IPOs), leveraged buyouts, restructurings and complex refinancings.

“Leading the team at Queen's Tower Advisory is one of the greatest privileges of my career. We have brought together an exceptional group of talented, ambitious and genuinely collaborative people who share a relentless commitment to delivering the very best outcomes for our clients.”

Before co-founding Queen’s Tower Advisory, Mark was Head of Deloitte’s UK Large-Cap Private Equity practice, where he was responsible for the strategy and growth of the practice, developing key client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams on many of Europe’s most significant sponsor-backed transactions. His experience spans the full deal lifecycle - from origination and initial diligence through to execution and post-deal value creation - with a consistent focus on delivering practical, commercially relevant advice that drives investment returns.

He has advised both large-cap and mid-market private equity funds across a broad range of sectors including business services, technology, healthcare, consumer and industrials.

Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and holds a degree in Mathematics and Physics from Imperial College London.

Whether clients are acquiring, growing or exiting a portfolio company, Mark enjoys working alongside management teams and investors to help them navigate complex transactions and achieve the best possible outcome.
