Why and on what legal basis: to introduce our advisory services to senior professionals in connection with potential corporate transactions and related matters. The legal basis is our legitimate interests in the development of our advisory practice under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR, balanced against your rights and reasonable expectations as a senior business professional contacted in your professional capacity.
